All foreign players and staff, excluding select nations, have been removed from the English leagues and a no foreigner rule has been implemented to all leagues of English football to prevent signing any staff or player with foreign nationality.
You will need to rely on British talent to challenge in the leagues and reshape your squad.
Excluded nations:
- UK and Ireland
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- British Overseas Territories
File has been merged with FM24 Data Update file to remove all recently transferred players and staff.
(I have added a mandatory release clause rule to make it so astronomical fees are not seen for English players but if people experience issues with this, it can be altered.)

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending who you play as) , Haaland is still English and yes he scores a lot of goals.

I made league updates for all the leagues in the UK but experienced an error when using them all together because the England league stopped working.
I'm trying to fix this so Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all available with the same rules.
