It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I have downloaded all 13 separate files and extracted them into the graphics folder. There I now have 13 different folders with part 1, part 2 and so on. Where do I have to place the config file so that all faces from the 13 folders are displayed?

Some faces disappeared from my game, and are not in the faces folder, I can't put name on all of them but it concerns some japanese players and youngster, there's Tomoki Hayakawa, I've downloaded all the updates since the 08 and am pratically sure that i've done everything good, but maybe I forgot to put one file in the main folder (ive putted a screen from a youngster of my team)

I've clear and reset my game a few time and I have 449 702 items in my facepack folder (I had the japanese guy face by myself)

If you've downloaded the megapack and all updates, you should have 476,470 faces. So if you have 26 thousand faces left, you don't have all faces. So please download faces again, along with updates.

There are 12 update files. After uploading each one we have to wait 20 minutes to upload the next file. There can be no such nonsense. Honestly, after downloading this face pack, I will leave this site never to come again.

This website is from FM fans, to FM fans. And fans make the content. And to have the storage for the content, admin needs to buy some space. And to have all these files in one place without broken links - it costs money to maintain the infrastructure.
Just because you don't understand this, it doesn't mean you have to be passive-aggressive towards the people here and support helping people here.
You started the rudeness, so don't expect people to be polite to you. And personally, I don't care if you download this file or not, do what you want and go away. Let other people enjoy this facepack.

You've downloaded the main megapack and then the 2024.12 update pack. You need to download all the 12 update packs and apply them in order.

Hello,
Downloaded the facepack, with the cutout faces, which took forever and ever. Surely, having to download +20gb isn't a small undertaking, so I get it. However, one could consider putting it as a torrent in the future, as other sites have opted for. Anyway, the biggest concern is trying to remove the download afterwards or even opening the folder with the facepack. It completely crashes my laptop every time. Fine, I have it on a HDD and a SSD probably would do far better, but my SSD is 256gb and it gets full easily. I had to download Bleachbit (thank you internet) to remove it and it will take +24 HOURS to remove the entire folder. I am aware that this website is run by volunteers, so I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes. However, I'm curious to know how other people experience the whole endeavor and if there are any solutions.

Erm, the main pack is actually available as a torrent, and has been for more than a decade now.
I have no idea what Bleachbit is, and why you decided to use it instead of simply using the delete button.
24+ hours seems a bit much, but using an HDD rather than an SSD will tend to increase the time needed to both transfer and delete it. It's not the large file size which is the issue, but the enormous number of files which need deleting. It's slightly under a million images all told, after all.

It'll be a false positive. Whatever the browser and whatever the antivirus, you should be able to overwrite the warning and download/extract it anyway.
