I'm thrilled to share the tactic that propelled my Sassuolo team to an unprecedented level of success! In the third season, we achieved a remarkable 100 points, an undefeated season, and claimed the Serie A title. We even made a deep run in the Champions League, narrowly losing to a tough Spurs side.

Pro Tip: Adapting Your Formation
When facing a 4-2-3-1, check if the AI utilizes wingbacks. If they do, you're good to go! No need for adjustments. However, if they employ at least one IFB or IWB, switch to "Play through the middle" and overlap the flanks. This tactic also applies to a 4-3-3 formation.
Against a 3-5-2, things get tougher. Try playing narrow to stifle their attacking threat. While this has worked for me, victory isn't guaranteed.
