Just visit the Data Update page and click download, there should be an obvious message confirming you have the updated version.

Hey sorry it seemed like Paypal didn't notify us your payment so it wasn't activated and now you've paid twice. I've refunded your first payment.

Hey @Jason Watermans can you provide more specific information about what is not working? Which step from the installation instructions do you get to before encountering a problem? What computer are you using e.g. Windows, or Mac? Are you using Steam, Epic or Xbox? As much detail as possible and i'm sure the solution is simple.
