ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

Hi @Footygamer and others. I paid for premium and still don't have premium downloads. Please help.

check now as you are showing as a premium user

if you still cant download as a premium user give full details of the file/s you are trying to download

@kingrobbo  @Footygamer Hi, so on the 10th Dec 2023 I bought the premium subscription, It says that I don't have it now when I paid for it and have been able to download stuff in the past. I saw your post on it and I do have 2 accounts but I bought it on this one. Whenever I put my email into the link (shop orders thing) it says 1 order found although, when I click shop orders on my account it comes up with the error page.

for some reason i cant get the badges to work player faces are working and so team kits but not badges 

what do you mean? this thread is for reporting issues with your actual membership

if you have issues with downloads not working report here  and read this too

if your issues is something not working in game ask in the forum related to it

I had no idea I was paying £10 and I've instantly cancelled the subscriptio. Please can I get the refund back as I haven't even used the subscription properly!!!

@Footygamer already paid but haven't received the confirmation email hence I am unable to download the logos. Can you please sort this out asap?

I didn't realise that it was £10. It said 83p monthly. when I realised I instantly stopped it. I didn't realise it was £10 which was dumb of me. But this £10 is more important than you may think to me. I would really really appreciate it if I could get the refund. This is a great site and hopefully I'll get premium in the future but for now I need the refund please!

@Footygamer  I purchased premium on Dec 16th and used it to download some files no issue, now have come back from hols and it's not recognising I'm premium any more. Clicking Shop in the settings menu gives me an error

I've fixed it so there's no error when trying to view orders and added a “refresh” button for the odd instance when it's not updating automatically.

Hi, I downloaded the FMV logo pack. It was working fine for past month but ive noticed recently loading up FM24, that the ‘normal size’ pack is not loading in game, but the small logos are fine. Is there a fix to get normal logos working ? 🙂

Hi, would it be possible to get a refund for the recurring payment for Premium that went through today?

tbh I completely forgot I even had the recurring subscription, haven't played FM in months.
