It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

oh sorry , Yes I download the entire file as for the old ones you made and I use Winrar every time as usual except that this time for this 2025.02 file it doesn't work..
I will wait for the 2025.03 I think there must be a problem with the 02, I tried the 2025.01 again and it works.

Hi i am trying to down the complete pack but the download speed is terrible, the update packs download in seconds but the main wont go beyond 50kbps

What browser and desktop system are you using? Have you tried alternatives?
I can see you connecting from two different IP addresses, one IP4 and IP6, I don't know why that would be. They also seem to be coming from two different places in the UK (I won't name them incase you're worried about your privacy). Where you possible connected to a VPN or something?

I've got the same issue. The 2025.02 file causes problems, irrespective of the mirror I use. Downloading it via Deposit I get the warning “malware included” and using freedlink the dowload's never complete. I tried both mirrors several times. No chance.

Hi guys, apologies if I'm asking this in the wrong section. What does it mean when a player in game doesn't have a picture or the standard black outline? i.e. there's nothing there at all. Quite a few like this appearing in game for me in the 2nd/3rd tier in Norway so just wanted to check whether these guys should have a picture within the attached pack and if not, why the standard outline may not be displaying.

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the UID of a person who's not showing in your game?
Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
When you run the search, can you change the below search options?
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

Apologies for getting the wrong thread, thanks for moving it and for your quick response.
You're right yes its a blank space. I've followed your steps and it doesn't appear that the UID is being found in my folder, for some reason I'm having problems screenshotting the search to attach for you, could you let me know if UID 2000276166 should have an image showing? This is one of the players picked at random that shows as a blank space with no face or outline.
I have previously downloaded the megapack and the update packs, am I right in thinking a possible solution (If the player in question indeed has a picture) would be to clear my graphics folder completely and re-install the megapack so this is the only thing I have in the ‘faces’ folder? (I presume the latest update pack is now part of the megapack download?). Thanks again!

I think the best thing to do is to delete any faces you have, and download the full 2025.03 pack 👍

Is there something wrong with the depositfiles link for the 2025.02 update? It only shows up as 200KB in size prior to starting the download. (For reference, the frdl.io download shows the correct size but annoyingly it doesn't do anything when I click on normal download, I assumed it was my adblock but no dice). Thanks in advance for any help, I can download the other two updates just fine but this one is giving me trouble for some reason.
