It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

okay I come with good news so for someone who has a problem like me you just need to delete the "Football Manager 2024" folder but don't forget to back up first or cut the graphics folder so that it doesn't get deleted if you have deleted the "Football Manager 2024" folder You create a new one then pretend to create a new save data and you save that data, later in the "Football Manager 2024" folder, the new one will be created automatically, a new graphics folder, then move the old "graphics" folder back to the new one

Yea I saw this post but after a hour still had over 400k still had no other programs running and its a new Gaming laptop

mirror for part 4 of the current main pack on frdl.io is missing and I can't use torrent and dfiles is highly malicious. Any chance for a reupload there?

You may also want to try clearing your cache incase that's an issue.

Cleared the Cache but it didn't help, also used a different browser, just to make sure it's not a weird thing. There was no issue with the other 13 parts, just this 4th one.

Re-downloaded the file for 24/25 update in the entirety but when I've uploaded all the files and extracted them + the updates. there seems to be a lot of players missing despite them having cut-outs which I can search up. the best example is Summerville. who's cut-out is shown clearly when you search it yet doesn't appear in game.
any Fixes?. he was in the initial cut-out face pack I downloaded before the brand new 24/25 update?

You don't seem to have install the updates properly. You should have one folder, and one folder only, which contains all 490k+ cuts.

Hey guys, for some reason, some of my international teams' facepacks don't work. For example, with all of my French international players, the faces are in my facepack folder, but they don't work. It is also the same with the Netherlands, all of the faces for the players were working until I played against them and for some reason, now they don't have their faces. Does anyone know how to fix this?
