The only concern I'd have is him wanting to go 'home' at some stage, but fuck if we could get like 4-5 good years out of him then it'd be worth it I'm sure.

All players will be tempted to leave at some point or another, he seems far less enamoured with the 'Mes que un Club' bollocks than most, which is why he's leaving in the first place (a part of me still can't believe he's actually leaving) so it seems silly to worry about it too much.
