It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

apart from that, some of the mirror links aren't working: Part 2, 6, 8, 10 and 12. Both Links won't start the downloading stating website elapsed time overload.

Hi everyone,
I play FM17 and I'm trying to download the Cut-Out Player Faces Facepack for it.
Unfortunately, all of the download links are dead and the torrent won't start to download for over a day.
I'm not sure where to report this, but I assume this is the right place.
Is there any way to get the links or the torrent updated?
Also, I have a second question:
Would the FM24 facepack work with FM17?

I'm afraid the torrent depends entirely on how many people are seeding it. As a 9 year old file, you will appreciate its limited availability.
Unfortunately, due to a change in file compression methods to decrease download size, the most recent mega pack most probably won't work with FM17 either…

Hey everyone, I've recently downloaded the extra pack for the New Players which include Chido and Bah, however, there seems to be an issue that they aren't appearing in the game? Everything extracted like the megapack which is working fine, This is the first issue i've had with graphics, just wondering if anyone has had these issues or might know what to do to get it working?

In the above screenshot, you cropped out the most important bit - the amount of images within it, shown in the bottom left. Moreover, there's an error in the path and you seem to have it on One Drive.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means that the cut itself isn't within the folder (or the game isn't finding it).
a) You should have over 500k images in your faces folder. If not, you should delete what you have and download the entire megapack from scratch.
b) Remove the FM user data folder from OneDrive, because syncing issues might be behind this.

Good afternoon, managers! When I downloaded the new player file, I already had the megapack and all the updates downloaded. I installed it and reloaded the skin. When I did, it deleted all my photos except those in the new file. I'm guessing it's a configuration file issue. Any ideas, please? Thank you very much.

You should not have installed it into the megapack folder, but in a separate one.
To get the old config back to show the images in the megapack, download the most recent update pack and get it from there 👍
