Everything I've seen has a €9m basic fee and €3m in performance related add-ons, he's also meant to have agreed a basic wage of €5.5m a year, though again, there'll be various clauses etc bumping it up a bit.

From what I've read it's €9m basic, 3 x €1m if they qualify for the CL during his 3-year deal and a maximum of €1m a season of his 3-year contract in which win a Scudetto or Champions League.

I hope I haven't worded that too confusingly.

Well, yeah, but you're including Tevez's wages whilst excluding Fernandinho's.

I was only referring to the fee. I considered editing after I posted it but cba.

Russian league players contracts' run out in December anyway don't they?

Yeah, they do.

The Italian press have been linking Honda with Milan when his contract runs out.

Long long wait for Honda...The hottest Asian property after the 2010 WC and now he might get his chance.

He's sh*t

Lazio were very close to signing him in the winter window and since then a lot of our fans have kept a very close eye on him, week in, week out he's not the sort of player you'd want to depend on.

Yeah.

He's a decent player from what I've seen, but the hot property in Japanese football is Kagawa which is why he's playing for United and no big clubs are seriously interested in Honda even on a free.

I wouldn't disagree with that, but right after the 2010 WC, Honda was probably the most sought-after Asian prospect. If he had moved to a bigger club then, which is about 3 years ago, he would've developed into a really good player to this day. The Russian prison hadn't been too nice to him though...

I don't mind his development being stalled though, because now the hottest youngster to come out of Asia is Son Heung-min, who replaced Schurrle in Leverkusen. Look out for him, he'll be seeking a move to a bigger club in 3-4 years.

Anyway, there's rumours about Ronaldo again.

If we signed him and Thiago there would be a never ending stream of jizz flowing out of my cock between now and the end of the transfer window.

Danny Simpson signs for QPR on a three-year deal after quitting Newcastle.

"I want to play week in week out. That was the main thing for me," the 26 year-old tells QPR's official website.

"Harry Redknapp wants me playing and he wants me involved."

To be fair, I can't imagine it'll be hard to get a game ahead of Jose Bosingwa.

Haha a slap in the face offer of £10mill for Baines, David Moyes you cheeky ginger prick. I'd only accept an offer of £20mill+ for the best left back in the league and one of the best left backs in the world.

If United are serious about Baines then I reckon Everton could squeeze £15m out of them.

Will become the most expensive player sold from Scandinavia ever, beating both Zlatan from Malmö to Ajax and John Carew from Rosenborg to Valencia. Overpriced surely.

Notice that all three are at least superficially similar players? Apparently the key to cashing in big as a Scandinavian club is to develop a big, technically skilled striker.

Chelsea announce that forward Marko Marin will spend next season on loan at Sevilla.

The 24-year-old Germany international moved to Stamford Bridge from Werder Bremen last summer, but the capture of compatriot Andre Schurrle from Bayer Leverkusen means he has fallen down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho.

I bet same will happen with Schurrle next season. And I think de Bruyne will be loaned out too if he's not sold.
