Will be really interesting next season. New managers for last season's top three teams, plus Liverpool coming from behind and now midtable teams like Norwich, Swansea, Soton and Sunderland buying good, good players. Newcastle will definitely have a better season I reckon, Aston Villa building on last season performance so I think it will be tough, really tough... Especially the fight for relegation. Fulham, Crystal Palace and Hull are relegation contenders for me.

Sunderland aren't doing too badly.

Fee's agreed for Giaccherini and strongly linked with Matri too.

Plus signings of Cabral, Diakite and Altidore already. Gino Peruzzi imminent.

Apparently we're in talks with Juventus regarding Matri.

Gino Peruzzi's awesome.

He actually went to Sunderland on my current FM game, ended up going to Liverpool for about £25m. Sign of things to come?

Also Madrid have agreed a £33.6m for a midfielder from Sociedad, Asier Illarramendi. Barely watch any La Liga so don't know much about him, must have something about him though.

You'll see loads of rumours about Xabi coming back to Liverpool now.

And I love Peruzzi on FM, shame he's so injury prone, puts me off him now.

Norwich have agreed a fee for Toby Alderweireld according to papers in Holland. They are seriously having a good transfer window.

Inter are meant to be after him as well.

He's top of our shopping list of forwards but it looks like any bid will be a loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Suppose it's better than sitting on the bench at Villa, just a strange choice of club.

Don't Doncaster have links to some well dodgy agent whos job it basically is to get them players they can farm out for a profit in 6 months?

A group of Irish investors have given Doncaster quite a hefty amount of money and basically said get some high-profile names with it.

Though Given will only be on loan. They're in for Stephen Ireland and Richard Dunne and also want to bring back Billy Sharp who was a fans favourite when he left. Neil Sullivan left yesterday to "pursue a very exciting career move" nothing since has been said what it is though, but being 41 its probably a coaching role in the Premier League or something.

Regarded as being the new Xavi/Iniesta, not sure which one.

Replace Liverpool with City and I'd be happy with that.

Wouldn't mind Chelsea putting a cheeky little bid in for Ibahimovic. All reports lead to him not going to be staying at PSG if Cavani arrives, and even at 31 he'd still be worth a punt. Particularly when the wealth of top striking talent that is available is quite low.

I don't think that's any sort of deterrent because his options won't be in great supply.

You can rule out a return to Serie A as none of the top sides would be able to afford him, unless PSG sell at cut price and he takes a huge wage cut to force a move. I can't see a move to Dortmund or Bayern (more unlikely under Pep) ever happening, so that rules out Germany. A return to Barca is not going to happen, which really only leaves Real Madrid in Spain, though also unlikely at this point in time with their current forward setup. A move to Man Utd is unlikely, unless Rooney is sold- though Ibrah won't play second fiddle to RVP. Man City have options and if they move on a player or two might shell out for him. If Wenger opens his wallet and gets serious, Arsenal are an outside chance. He'd easily be their top striker and would suit their style. Though, the likelihood of mounting a serious title challenge or European run is slim at this moment in time. Liverpool won't happen with no European football and with Suarez still at the club. Leaving Chelsea as the next plausible option, who are by all reports in the market for a top striker, can afford him and would be challengers for the league and Europe with the strengthening taking place and return of JM.

For the right price, he'd be worth the punt given the other realistic options currently around.

Not saying he wont come to Chelsea because Mourinho I dont see Mourinho going for him. With his no one is bigger then the club personality it will clash with Ibra causing conflict I feel
