@soullessss000 can you provide more info other than just “page won't open”. There are a few steps so I can't tell which page you're referring to.
You can also provide information such as desktop vs mobile or browser you're using.

Hey i'm not sure how that happened, looks like there was a bug 2 years ago when you've signed up twice 3 minutes apart.
I've refunded one.
Unfortunately I can't do anything about payments that are >1 year old

Hi, I signed up for the Enhanced FM24 Data Update a year ago, it's renewed and taken the money but on the my orders page it lists the payment as ‘Premium Membership’ instead of ‘Data Update’ and I no longer have access to Enhanced FM24 data updates.

@zelvyr it looks like you cancelled the data update on 15th July 2025 so it just never renewed and was cancelled.
I assume its hard to remember exactly what you were doing last July but unfortunately it's not possible for me to reactive it now.
If you you think you meant to cancel the premium instead I can cancel and refund that one.

I have already cancelled the subscription immediately after the payment.
The payment is still processing via Klarna/credit card.
Could you please cancel the latest payment and issue a refund?

l have just subscribed in order to gain data update access. Did not expect -10 pounds (a lot of money in my currency), as l was blinded by “0.93 pounds”, thought it was monthly subscription. After l downloaded the file l checked the bank message.
I do not have any intention of using it for 1 year. I just wanted one-time usage for a single save (it is FM24 database).
Understanding that this has happened because of my “negligence” (not an English speaker, lack a word), Is refund possible? Maybe refund for 11 months ?

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I made a mistake when subscribing — I accidentally purchased the Premium subscription instead of the Data Update plan, which was what I intended to get.
I did download and install a kit file that came with the Premium subscription, however I was not aware that my subscription was still active as I believed I had suspended it beforehand. I want to be fully transparent about this.
Would it be possible to process a refund for the Premium subscription so I can subscribe to the correct plan? If the kit file is an issue, I completely understand and you are welcome to deduct one month from the refund.

EDIT: I also want to be honest and mention that I was still waiting for a reply and I ended up continuing to download a few more files in the meantime. I completely understand if you want to deduct more from the refund to account for that. I also tried to suspend the payment but it still kept me the premium subscription.

Hello,
I was just charged 10 GBP on the 17th of May. I had forgotten to cancel my membership. I haven't played for a long time and I do not intend to, so I'd like to ask for a refund if possible. I may be back in the future.

I was charged a yearly subscription on 26th April. I don’t remember having subscribed to anything. But I see in the “Shop Orders” menu that I have 2 sebscriptions activated. The Premium Membership and the Data Update (see uploaded file). Please can you cancel both subscriptions and proceed with a refund, as I’m not using the service?
