Bought the premium membership for £10 just so I could get the faster download and be able to download all the logos and its claiming I haven't got the membership, really not sure how that works?

You have both bought the “enhanced data update” instead of “premium membership”. It is two separate services.
There is nothing I can do about it, but tagging @Footygamer so he can help you 👍

I've accidently subscribed to and paid for the ‘Enhanced Football Manager Data Update’. twice. Wondering if you can help me cancel and refund the second payment please?

@Footygamer I didnt know the premium membership was a subscription, would it be possible to get a refund on the one that just got bought the 19th june
