Bought the premium membership for £10 just so I could get the faster download and be able to download all the logos and its claiming I haven't got the membership, really not sure how that works?

HI @Footygamer I subscribed but my premium membership still isn't showing yet. 

 

Am i posting in the right place? It’s been 2 days since buying premium membership and im still not showing as a premium member. i never had to wait before when I’ve joined

You have both bought the “enhanced data update” instead of “premium membership”. It is two separate services.

There is nothing I can do about it, but tagging @Footygamer so he can help you 👍

I've accidently subscribed to and paid for the ‘Enhanced Football Manager Data Update’. twice. Wondering if you can help me cancel and refund the second payment please?

Hello, @Footygamer 
Last year when i became bored off fm24 I got the enhanced data update, unfortunately I didnt know that the data update was a subscription which led to me the 19th of june being charged again when I wasnt planning on retaining it if I knew it was a subscription.
Would it be possible for me to get a refund on this latest payment as I dont intend to use the data update stuff.
