For fucks sake, just sell him? You don't want a cunt at your club, never mind a cunt that will disrupt the squad and not want to play for yous. Take the money and invest in the squad sooner rather than later.

Most Liverpool fans, including me,don't want him playing for us anymore. But selling to Arsenal is totally unacceptable.I'd much rather we sell him to a foreign club for let's say 30-40 mil but not to Arsenal even if they offer 50+ mil.

It may be written in the contract, but if Liverpool verbally led Suarez to believe that it's something else then Liverpool are fucked

I doubt it. It will be well out of the transfer window before the Premier League (or whoever) make a decision.

And I would think the footballing authorities would want to distance themselves from this as much as possible. Remember when they took half a season to decide what to do with QPR and Faurlin, then did nothing, because they didn't want to impact promotion?

I'm pretty sure FIFA wouldn't be too happy, if Suarez attempted to take it to an employment court.

Mr Rodgers I am proud of you.

This is good. Isolating him further only makes his position more untenable and increases the likelihood of a sale.

Liverpool will have to sell Suarez.

Whether that's to Arsenal or a foreign club who knows.

I still fear that they'll sell to a foreign bidder for £35-40m, just so he doesn't go to us. If that happens I can still see Liverpool fans playing it off as some huge victory.

What foreign club would want him or need him to overlook all his issues?

If Madrid are after Bale they won't bother with Suarez, Barca don't need him and neither do Bayern. It doesn't seem like many Italian clubs have £35-40m to spunk on one player and PSG have just brought in Cavani. Honestly I don't think many others want him and Arsenal may end up being the only club offering that kind of money.

If we don't get Suarez, who do we go for then?

I'll admit that at the start of the window there were other strikers I would have taken ahead of Suarez but now there's no-one of any similar quality left. It's Suarez or bust for us now.

What worries me now is the lack of depth as we continue to only focus on Suarez.

Djourou's not been replaced, Verm's injured which leaves Mert, Kos and Miquel as our only viable options at centreback.

Aye, Milan can't even cough up about £5mill for Honda! Look's like they've conceded defeat. Hope Martinez steps up for him, we've been linked with him recently.

I honestly don't know where else Suarez can go apart from Arsenal...

Also reading that Moyes is going to offer £30mill for both Baines & Fellaini is making me laugh but hurting my head at the thought of the cheek of it at the same time...

Also, Etienne Capoue's now heavily linked to Spurs.

This transfer window won't end well for us, I fear.

If Real fail in getting Bale or Chelsea fail to get Rooney they'll probably go after him.

They're signing him at xmas for free when his contract expires aren't they? Thought that had already been agreed.

They're also trying to sign Ljajic for ~€12m

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has just about given up hope of signing Keisuke Honda from CSKA Moscow.

The Diavolo have been trying to net the Japanese international for weeks, but the Russian club have so far refused to sell.

The midfielder will be available on a free transfer in January, but the San Siro giants have been trying to net him immediately by offering a nominal fee.

“Has Honda almost vanished? I think so, with the last telephone call,” the transfer chief noted. “The CSKA President has told me that he won’t sell.

“Therefore we will stay as we are. There are not a lot of transfer gifts out there for boss Massimiliano Allegri.”

The official then confirmed that M’Baye Niang, wanted by Genoa, would be remaining at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

“Niang will be staying with us, that is for certain. He also scored a really good goal against LA Galaxy.”

That strike came in a 2-0 win that ensured the Rossoneri finished their Guinness International Champions Cup campaign on a high.

“We played well and we took a really good third place,” Galliani added. “The team was well organised and played the ball around well.

“Serie A? Milan competed with everyone in the second half of the season last year and the team can be competitive again.”

Honda is going to join Milan, there really isn't any doubt about it. The only question has been whether he'd be joining in the summer or once his contract is out.

It's not the fee that is holding the summer deal up, it's that CSKA simply don't want to let him go now that the Russian season has started.

Always hated when we played Fulham with him in their side and then loved having him at Old Trafford.

If he hadn't suffered some shit injuries he could have been even better.

Picked up Kallum Higginbotham from Huddersfield on a two-year deal.

Was impressed with him in his time at Falkirk, when he scored a 35 yard free kick at Firhill

Think we still need to add a powerful striker though...

The United players always used to talk highly of him didn't they? Anyway, by the time he pitched up at Lazio last christmas he was a shadow of his former self, he never seemed close to match fit and looked totally out of his depth.

Milan's budget is more or less dependent on them getting into the Champions League groups, as things stand they probably won't be bringing anybody else in but once their through the qualifiers I wouldn't be surprised to see them bring in another one or two late in the window.
