I finished my final season earlier today, however my PC is acting up a little so I probably won't have screenshots up until tomorrow. From what I remember, I won the league on the final day of the season, won the Hungarian cup, and also won a fair few games against the rival teams, as Vasas got promoted the season prior and they were the league's whipping boys. I exited the Europa League pretty early on (2nd qualifying rnd?) and also got dumped out of the League Cup in the quarter-finals or so.

If I get time i'll give this a go, working 12 hour shifts this week though so might not get very far. Will certainly join in the next one it seems like a great idea, will help me try a few leagues I never have before.

I slammed the team afterwards, and then went through the team and those who I could fine for poor performance I fined them all 1 weeks wages. Take that you lazy pampered losers.

Haha, I fined 7 of my Southampton side for poor performance when we lost 6-0 at home to Chelsea, which I think is reasonable, however Callum Chambers kicked off like a little bitch. So I stuck him in the reserves. Top Management.

There really needs to be a "Fine All Players X Weeks Wages" button somewhere for this very purpose. Fines for everyone!

A great season to end the challenge. A fantastic 2-0 home win on the final day of the season against tital rivals Ujpest saw us crowned champions, and we also nabbed the Hungarian Cup with a tense 3-1 win over Gyor in the final. Incidentally we lost over 2-legs in the League Cup quarter-finals to Gyor, and also got dumped out of the Europa League pretty early on against NK Zagreb. All-in-all a good 3-year stint in Budapest, and I look forward to the next challenge.

Thanks! Looking forward to see if anyone else manages to win the league, as I feel a little lucky because 61 points is a rather low total for a 30 game season. Gyor are probably the strongest team in the league as they got took-over sometime towards the end of the 2nd season and were signing players for £3-4m. Fortunately they slipped up towards the end and dropped from 1st to 3rd in the last few weeks.

I've started this but i'm really struggling, got rid of the Italian guy up top to free up some wages and got a few new faces in and had a complete overhaul of the staff which was a waste of time as I struggled to get replacements in meaning the team had no coaches through much of the pre season & Europa League games.

Struggling for form at the start of the season and not showing any sign of turning it round, going to keep persisting but would imagine i'll be sacked or give up in the next couple of months haha

I haven't played the first two challenges, but I thougt I try this one. First season done:

A very close ending to the season where I had the trophy for about 5 minutes. We scored 1-0 in the 85:th minute in the last game, and Videoton only had 2-2, but they scored in the 89:th minute to give them the league. Probably justifyed...

Totally threw it away. We were winning the league comfortably. We had a 12 game winning streak, then something happened, and we started dopping points everywere. In the second to last game of the season we got an opportunity to take the lead back but conceded a late goal against Gyor.

I might be on the sickest run I have ever had on FM. 11 out of my 12 last games I have won 2-0 or 3-0 (one 1-1 draw agains rivals Diosgyor), that give us 27-1 in goal difference in these games...

thanks Cyrmo for reminding me to in the challenges thread! I am also near to finishing my 2nd season so I hope I can get that done before 6 to get some more points! My league position was ok but we were 5th/6th for alot of the season so I am dissapointed to finish 8th but at least it's 2 points! Also I should have got further than I did in the cup lost to weaker teams

but I signed an attacking midfielder called Yeste who has been quality and got the leagues player of the year

Here is my 2nd season with just under an hour till the deadline

very happy 4th place and losing finalist in the cup! Wish we had of finished a bit higher and bar a mid season blip we might have done and a late goal in the cup final was gutting but I am pleased especially as Yeste missed alot of the season with a bid injury picked up in pre season! Maybe one more season I might have pushed for the title but nowhere near enough time now ha ha

Aww, really? I've really enjoyed these short 3-season challenges and would like a few more to do.

If it's a matter of not having the time to sort out the challenges, get pictures, scoring system and a description of the challenge up, I don't mind taking it over and keeping the format to a monthly challenge.
