Amazing start to the season!
Exciting European aggregate victories over FC Thun and FC Steaua București to put us into the Europa League group stages again this year!
Glad to have Diallo permanently and Paulinho is finally starting to bang them in!

Too early to tell. Time to rock and roll
Brought in Diallo permanently, some role playing and backup players to round out the squad, nothing too crazy. Let a bunch of people either Bosman to another club or become free agents to clear up the wage bill, was sad to see Léo go as he was our est player last season and a shining star, but I just couldn't afford him.

Destroyed by Croatia away again.
Was hoping for a better performance at home to the Czech's, but the game wasn't as one sided as the stats make it seem, so I'm not too disappointed.

Another solid month.
Should have picked up the 3 away to lowly Rio Ave,
Great 3 wins followed that, with an amazing European victory away in Greece over Olympiakos!
Unfortunate loss in a thriller away to Braga, Vega has been injured and that has really hurt our defense.
The Braga loss hurt us. Need to start capitalizing on those draws against weaker teams, and turning them into wins.

Poor month
Really shit result at home in Europe against Metalist.
Glad we were able to get the result away at Varzim.
Wanted a better result in the cup away at Sporting, unfortunate to lose if I'm honest, as we had a couple goals disallowed
The result against Tottenham was tough to take as they scored both their goals after the 80th minute
Solid final game of the month though
Decent start to the season.

Should have beaten bottom placed Portimonense at home
Destroyed by Tottenham away...
Great wins away at Benfica in the league and at home against Olympiakos in Europe to round out this autumn month, and turn a shit month into a decent one.
Definitely my worst year in the league with Marítimo.
Have to win in the Ukraine to advance. We hold our destiny in our hands

Was a sad Mês de Cristo for the Green-and-Reds. My poorest month ever with them.
Knocked out of Europe in the Ukraine, shit in the league as a whole, only a decent away victory in the cup in the final game of the calendar year could be taken as a positive from the month
Dunno how much longer I can go on with Marítimo with the financial struggles and some of the players being obtuse due to playing time/league position.

Yeah man, although to be fair, I hope this bodes for a better read than someone winning every trophy and destroying in the league. I feel confident I'll bounce back with this team or join another and bring an exciting new chapter to this career.
