Coaching Badges Completion Time

Sorry if this is the wrong spot in the forum.

I'm managing Altrincham in Conference and last off season around June I started for a new coaching badge (continental C). It is now mid February the next year and it says I'm still studying for it. I have a full-time contact.

It said it should take 4 months to complete but has been 8. Can it take this long or is this a bug?

As you would expect, literally the next game day I got the qualification come through! Typical. Can take up to 8 months then!
