Good effort from Maidana but leaving it to the judges' scorecard against Floyd is always going to be (too) tough. Hoping for a rematch. Amir Khan looked lively in his win also.

I didnt end up staying up. But im glad. Read somewhere that Maidana threw 400 more punches but landed only 9 fewer. Put like that it sounds like he dominated.

Anyone watching Froch Groves II?

So far Antony Joshua won with first round KO and Jamie McDonnell won the WBA Bantamweight title with a 10th round TKO.

If Joshua doesn't get sucked into his own hype like David Price did he could be bloody quality.

Yeah I have seen a few. He's one of the peor I actually got to see when I went to the boxing at the Olympics so kind of followed him more then some other british boxers

GGG is quality, he should be ruling the world but is being held back by the fact no one wants to go near him. He's actually a fantastic boxer but that gets little attention because on top of that he has obscene power. The complete fighter.
