All top manufacturers use similar approach. Adidas, Nike, also have âBâ model for many middle teams. See Leicester and Leeds home kits, or Brighton away and Sunderland home. Same model for all, but you can chose some options, different collar, custom front graphics

In fact it is just as you say, for these big producers (nike, puma adidas, probably also Kappa) it is always the collar or very few other details that change, but it seems that they always use the same model for the season. Instead Hummel, Macron and other brands always seem to have different and unique customizations for each club.
