Are the clubs, stadiums, players correct our is it only the structure and the team names and the rest is random?

I tried to start a game in the 10th tier with Tow Law, but I only had 2 available players in my squad with the rest grayed out regens. Anyone knows how to solve this and not get stuck in the line up screen?

I actually knew ticking that box was the way to solve this, but I had no idea where to find it as I couldn't find it in the game setup screen. Apparently, I had forgotten to open the "advanced options" tab so all additional options were hidden

Is this still considered "beta" or this a full working release? I understand the need to add fake players to playable teams where needed, but that would be fine for the project I'm trying to do. For me having a working structure to advance to European competition in the game is vital.

Thank you so much for this hard work no matter what stage of development it's currently in!
