Brilliant to return to competitive action nd open up a four point gap! However knowing you could be sitting six points clear must hurt a little following that draw?

I shouldn't compain about getting four points from those two games as we were pretty much against Lustenau, a point was a fair result as they were no better than us.

March was a decent enough month, which you will witness whenever I get that shot up.

However, goal scoring is still a serious problem. I don't want to download a tactic to try and solve it.

Five league games embarked March as we looked to move further away at the top of the table. Despite picking up three wins from the five games it's still the lack of goals that's concerning me slightly.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/VhyJr6s89ZxRSk3VVGSwPY0HsAibxzLu2IRHbjGI.jpg

A trip to Admira Wacker was the catalyst for a good month as we secured a well deserved draw against the side who were favourites for the league in pre-season following their relegation. We weren't scared of them as wingers Ngwat-Mahop and Zachhuber secured a hard earned point.

Our next game was at home against strugglers Grodig and a single goal, scored on six minutes from striker Prskalo sealed maximum points.

We remained at home for the second of three at the Cashpoint Arena and this time we were up against Kapfenberger as we failed to earn three more points. Altach's goal came in the sixteenth minute from the penalty spot, converted by Netzer.

And our third straight home clash was against St. Polten, a team I normally struggle against but on this occasion three points were collected thanks to a twenty fourth minute goal from striker Prskalo who has been outstanding this season for me.

The month ended with a trip to FC Lustenau and we picked up a hard fought 2-1 away success, for the third game in four Prskalo opened the scoring with a nice finish before Ngwat-Mahop, on seventy one minutes, added a second Altach goal to see us seven points clear at the top of the table going into the penultimate month.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/PTvrUbpiTAX5vcNb5RwrTMuI8ohwN1obvoURvJqK.jpg

People will say it's going to be our title to throw away and I believe they'll be correct as we're seven points clear at the top of the table following an unbeaten March, Horn and Austria Lustenau are second and third respective but level on points while Admira Wacker are still in the title picture, a point behind the joint top two.

Wattens, who I said looked doomed for relegation now look like they could survive as they're only seven points behind second bottom Grodig who are being cut adrift from third bottom FC Lustenau.

Great month! Now let's just finish this season the same way.

Two HUGE months coming up, which could seal my fate. We are looking good for promotion but April and May are massively crucial.

If I balls this up, I believe I’d be very tempted to throw in the towel at this club.

Could still fail, hopefully we can get over that finishing line sooner rather than later for reassurance.

An enormous April month saw us face eight gruelling games, seven in the league and an Austrian FA Cup quarter final that saw us crash out to Premier Division side Wolfsberger. It's now our league to lose. A solid month (bar the one defeat and draw) has seen us move ten points clear with four games to play.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/aOrSJuYhvM1oUV6s4ScoFBgUOT7Vta87ZTHecjx6.jpg

We started a crucial month on the road as we visited bottom of the table Wattens and secured an important victory as Zachhuber opened the scoring on thirteen minutes before central defender Welnicki headed home on the hour and a 3-1 win was secured on seventy eight minutes as Prskalo beat the home keeper.

The second game of the month was a double header at home, first up was Horn and a second straight win was sealed as Zachhuber scored for the second game running in first half stoppage time before right winger Ngwat-Mahop sealed the maximum points with a lovely finish seven minutes from time.

Our second straight home game was against Linz and we were forced to accept a 0-0 draw. Next up were three away games on the spin, two in the league and one in the cup.

Altach's first of three consecutive games was against Austria Lustenau who were near the top of the table and still in a serious title challenge, we picked up a massive single goal victory thanks to a Prskalo seventeenth minute strike.

We then travelled to Premier Division side Wolfsberger as we crashed out of the cup four goals to one away from home, our only goal came in the fifty second minute when Ngwat-Mahop scored from close range.

Next was a game away to second bottom Grodig and picked up a 3-1 success as Prskalo bagged the opening goal on ten minutes before Zachhuber continued his fine scoring form with his third in five games just four minutes later before Dorta picked the perfect time to net his first goal of the season to seal the three points on seventy four minutes.

Following the three straight away games we returned to the Cashpoint Arena and faced Admira Wacker but suffered a very disappointing 2-0 defeat. It was important we bounced back immediately in our next game to keep our title hopes alive.

And we did bounce back, as we made the trip to the Franz-Fekete-Stadion to face Kapfenberger and we produced an excellent performance on the road as we picked up an excellent 2-0 victory thanks to a double in the second half from Prskalo.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/cBKz7mdOhN8VbmQl1G4vzGz46YDDwdXrbIEtsSM5.jpg

I'm believing we're just a single victory away from securing the league title and an eventual promotion to the Premier Division as we're ten points clear with just four games to play. Austria Lustenau are in second, three points ahead of Horn who are in third.

Remember when I said Wattens were doomed for relegation? Maybe not now as they're breathing down the necks of Grodig who have endured a dreadful season in the First Division as they're second bottom and seven points adrift of Linz who are third bottom.

Four games saw us conclude the 2013/2014 league season with Austrian First Division success after an excellent league season. The point against SKN St. Polten was enough to seal the title after Austria Lustenau could only manage a draw away to bottom of the table Wattens.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/8a8XiceEvt97yORDPGKQGz6ZkUNwsgpRcQHYhrRr.jpg

It was the trip to St. Polten's NV Arena that started the month and we managed to secure an away point that was to eventually seal the title, despite playing atrociously.

The second game was a home tie against FC Lustenau and we secured a three goals to one success at the Cashpoint, Morina scored his first goal for the champions on seven minutes before Prskalo doubled the lead sixteen minutes later, Zachhuber struck on sixty four minutes to seal the points.

Our next game was another home game as we hosted bottom of the table Wattens and a first half double from Prskalo was enough for the maximum points - the relegation candidates did strike in the second half but they could be relegated.

And the season ended for the league champions on the road as we took the trip to Horn and a half hour goal from central midfielder Netzer was enough to earn three more points and to finish the season on a high.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/lmRI9Z54O2y8LrBg9svWMLKJvAkGWdyQ8xNkoh25.jpg

So we have won the league, my first title since arriving at Altach and I'm absolutely delighted that we managed to secure the title with an fourteen point gap ahead of Austria Lustenau who have taken the runners-up spot while Horn came third.

Pre-season favourites Admira Wacker had to deal with fourth place, finishing five points clear of fifth placed St. Polten while Kapfenberger came sixth.

Despite a valiant effort, Wattens were relegated as they came six points adrift of Grodig who will particapate in the relegation/promotion (I think) play-off. Linz survived with a four point gap while Lustenau finished in seventh.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Iac8hTYqBrJ3Ci3rjySpvUgYwcywwVSYuTw95cD6.jpg

I'd like to say we secured the league after our 0-0 draw away to St. Polten but that would be a little lie, Austria Lustenau's failure to beat now relegated Wattens majorly helped us secure the title but we weren't going to lose it, were we?

I got there eventually. I had to polish the trophy cabinet, as it was getting seriously dusty so it’s nice to finally have a trophy in there. Two more to chop off, not sure how long it’ll take.

Ran away with the league! Great job!

I’m actually surprised we ran away with the league as in some games we weren’t good enough and certainly didn’t look like title contenders. But however, we got promoted, we’re now going to compete in the Premier Division and the hard work starts now.

Sorry guys, I am going to be incredibly busy today, Christmas dinner t’night so no updates will be posted

This update will have our season expectations for the up coming season, the entire fixture list and a draw for the first round of the Austrian FA Cup.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/1D7mHSZRv6impbGxOLf3O6PB7kNRraC1EhwmVdzV.jpg

So with our season expectations being announced for the new season I have told the board that I believe we can avoid the heartbreak of relegation and I have been given a transfer kitty of £7k to try and achieve that. Whether I spend it remains to be seen, or I may stick with free transfers and possible loans.

The fixture list for the 2014/2015 season has also been announced and we have been handed a very tough start in a league were we may struggle to survive.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/f9Y7XbGmOZAXVL0q0W6i1sbIR825gs7AUR11iL6n.jpg
https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/2hnKiLXMOBudrD8UJokhrpVvNkwtxgMVgV4lKFWO.jpg

We could end up with zero points from our first three games and I wouldn't be surprised as we have been handed a trip to Rapid Wien before hosting both Mattersburg and then Salzburg at the Cashpoint Arena.

Our final game before the winter break is at home to Mattersburg before returning from the break with a trip to Ried. The season ends with a trip to Austria Wien, home to Wolfsberger and then Wacker Innsbruck away from home.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/reu48GoE44jnJxjPRxiKGgII0HknrGs2H79Et2V6.jpg

The Austrian FA Cup first round draw was made and we have been drew away to Hartberg, which is a potential banana skin. It's important we don't lose this game.

Same expectations as mine however my board gave me £11k less for wages and £6.66k less on transfers so you should be able strengthen the squad enough this summer to stay in the division.

I had a tough opening two months on mine and when I finally get round to updating it you shall see what I mean

I'm pretty sure we can survive in the Premier Division and our media prediction is ninth but I'd love to finish higher than that.

You have seen my fixtures, if I can avoid any humiliation and confidence killing results in the opening three games I will be confident ahead for the season. Should we get tanked in those three games, it's going to be a long hard season, which could result in relegation. It's going to be tough and could either way.

I can't wait until you update your career..

Ahead of our season in the Premier Division we arranged just the four pre season friendly encounters and they're all away from home against Breitenrain, Zug, Naters and Rapperswil.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/BSUj5LFSjq2eLNE07hZhgTQungFnZrAZPvgZ33Va.jpg

Things didn't exactly get off to a confident start as we crashed 3-1 in our opening game, our consolation goal coming a minute before half time through central defender Jager.

Our second game was against Zug and a Ngwat-Mahop double saw us secure a two goals to one away win before we travelled to Naters and picked up a second straight victory as Barriere, Markoutz and Sand found the net.

And our pre season preparations ended with a thumping seven nil win over Rapperswil as doubles from Sand and Prskalo along with others from Netzer, Lienhart and a Gantenbein own goal saw victory sealed and us gain confidence for hopefully a good league start.

July and August saw us play eight competitive games as we made a solid start to life in the Premier Division with just the two defeats to date. Our season started with an Austrian FA Cup victory away to Hartberg and the two months ended with a point against then league leaders Austria Wien.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/VksH5nXSeQeY9wKntOVqVx5sBsRWg1LhKf4MRfVG.jpg

And it was indeed the Austrian FA Cup clash away to TSV Hartberg that started the season as we progressed thanks to a four goals to two away success. A sixth minute penalty from central midfielder Netzer had put us into the lead before the hosts had turned it around before a second half hat trick from striker Prskalo sealed the passage.

The league started with a defeat as we made the trip to Vienna to face Rapid Wien and suffered a 3-1 defeat, we found ourselves three goals behind before Cuntz scored a fluke long range consolation goal.

Our first home game of the season was against Mattersburg and we took the league on thirty three minutes whenever Ngwat-Mahop found the net, I really thought we could have held on for the points but they pegged Altach back late on.

Next was Salzburg and we suffered our second defeat in three games despite scoring three times. Yet again we found ourselves three behind thanks to a Salzburg opener and then two own goals - Cuntz pulled a goal back a minute before half time.

We picked up our first victory of the new league season on the road as we made the trip to Ried and secured a morale boosting 3-0 away success as Netzer from the spot, Markoutz' first league goal for the club since joining and a first goal in eight appearances for January signing Barriere rapped up the points.

Staying on the road, next up was a trip to bottom of the table Wiener Neustadt and secured a three two win as an own goal from Hafner, Ngwat-Mahop and Markoutz had bagged victory despite the hosts trying their best, getting it back to 2-2 before the former Bayern Munich man struck.

SCR Altach made it three wins on the bounce with a home victory over Sturm Graz as striker Prskalo scored his first goal of the league season on eleven minutes but they pegged us back due to an own goal before Cuntz, who was carrying a knock, bagged the winner early in the second half.

And the month concluded with a draw against Austria Wien, they took the lead before Schopf levelled and then Ngwat-Mahop had turned the game around much to the delight of the home support but we couldn't hold on as they pegged us back. Still a good result though and a great start to the season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/uWsXoCV1W9HqQDyeHDztYD6TLSHtIHZtCpiqHPyu.jpg

It's been a great start to the season as we are sitting in fifth place after the opening seven games - three points from top spot but still a long, long way to go. The two Vienna sides are the top four with Rapid a point ahead of Austria.

We ran away with promotion in the end, eleven points or something clear at the top.

It’s been an impressive start to the league season, but it’s extremely important we keep that impressive start going and not crumble. Every game is very tough so every at least point we pick up will the crucial.

The transfer window slammed shut as we had three signings ahead of the Premier Division season and they're three talented players.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/pNasR3hqyDnyfh9c0zAz7EV6eMkCCS2CQ6JGrZWu.jpg

The first player joining was young Austrian central midfielder A. Schopf who has arrived at the club on a free transfer, signing a deal until 2017. He's expected to be back up to Netzer and Cuntz for the up coming season.

Markoutz is something of a "marquee" signing for the club as the former Bayern Munich left winger has penned a five-year-deal at the Cashpoint Arena and I'm expecting him to be my first choice left winger due to his extreme talent - he'll rotate with Zachhuber.

And lastly, D. Schopf has returned to the club on a four-year-deal. The twenty four year old was released in the summer after he refused to sign a new contract but after he was released I tried a cheeky bid to re-sign him and he was interested. His agent hates me but f**k him.

Before D. Schopf had re-signed for the club there was no major outs, so I don't see the point in that being posted.

September saw us play three league games and an Austrian FA Cup second round affair as we had an unbeaten month. Our excellent start in the Premier Division saw us beat Wolfsberger, draw with Wacker Innsbruck and shock Rapid Wien.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/37EqB8FMLaYTWIoILylhIWMxa7A5qqRR6UfbVDSh.jpg

A trip to Wolfsberger started the month and we started extremely poor and saw ourselves two nil down before Prskalo pulled a goal back before levelling the scores. Winger Ngwat-Mahop turned the game around on sixty eight minutes before striker Prskalo sealed his hat trick and the points eleven minutes from the end.

Prskalo continued to find the net as we could only master a draw against Wacker Innsbruck, the striker struck in the sixty eighth minute.

We then travelled to Kuchl in the second round of the Austrian FA Cup and secured our passage to the next round as Schopf and Zachhuber struck in the thirteenth and seventeenth minute respectively - the home side did pull a goal back in the second half but it was nothing but a consolation goal as the Premier Division side advanced.

And September concluded with a encounter with Rapid Wien as the Vienna outfit visited the Cashpoint Arena and were shocked in a two goals to one defeat thanks to a double from striker Prskalo who struck in either half. The away side dominated and are probably wondering how they didn't beat us and I don't blame them.

The end of the month has been us in second place, which I'm absolutely delighted with as we're predicted to struggle. We are four points behind the leaders Austria Wien who also have a game in hand.
