Southport are twenty fourth, we were expected to win and claimed an easy two nil win, Davis and Mellor netting.

Three wins on the bounce pushes us up to third place. Alan Power with the only goal two minutes in.

A goalless draw at home against the league leaders, that'll do, keeps us in fourth.

Annoyed we couldn't beat struggling Macclesfield Town, we were off to a flyer through Harvey first minute. However conceded two minutes from time to throw away two points.

Boreham Wood are also struggling we just about came through here, blowing the lead twice. McKendry, Edwards and Harvey all netted for us to get us across the line in my final game.

Well following the good start to the season I hand the save over to Shedender with us sitting third and just two points off the top spot after twelve league games. We're in the title run.

Made my first signing since taking over from Dan as Mitchell Duggan joins the club on an initial 3 month loan from L2 side Tranmere.

Youngster Jack Johnson's first competitive goal for Lincoln has given us maximum points away to Woking as the Scottish striker bagged what turned out to be the winner after sixty four minutes.

It was all about the loanees in this game as we had to come from two goals down at home to Northampton to salvage a point and maintain our unbeaten run which is currently at eight games and I'd love for it to continue. Mitchell Duggan (on loan from Tranmere Rovers) and Conor McKendry (on loan from Ipswich Town) scored our goals in this draw. Good comeback against a team that were relegated from League Two last season.

Poor enough result away at Dover, Jack Johnson picked up an injury (thankfully not too bad) and just didn't look like scoring.

With Alex Pike being out for around six weeks due to injury, this is a pretty desperate signing (yes, I admit it and he'll probably be rubbish) but I digress, Jamie Murphy has joined the club on a 3 month loan deal from feeder club Yeovil Town. He's only seventeen so he can improve drastically.

I've just done 'a Dan' as we beat Torquay 1-0 at Sincil Bank - Laurence Maguire was dismissed on twenty six minutes but on loan Barry Edwards scored his sixth goal in his loan spell on forty minutes. Fantastic result against the 'Gulls who, despite dominating, didn't really look like scoring.

An Alan Power penalty, fifteen minutes from time, rescued us a point at home to struggling Sutton.

Another player has joined the club and this time it's not a loan deal. James Clark has joined the club on a free transfer, penning a two year deal. He adds experience to the club, making something like 237 career appearances according to the game, scoring seven times in the league. He's got good tacking, good page and good strength. Should be a good signing.

Rubbish. We are out of the FA Cup in the fourth qualifying round, losing two nil away to National North strugglers Bradford Park Avenue. Debutent James Clark was shown a straight red card for a dangerous challenge. Brandon Wilson and Jordan Adekunle scored the goals for BPA.

Second best but we picked up maximum points away to Grimsby Town. Jason Davis' early goal was enough at Blundell Park.

Do you want to be depressed, yes? We didn't muster a single shot on target at home to a Whitehawk side who began the afternoon down in sixteenth place. Unacceptable really, but at least it's back-to-back clean sheets.

Three clean sheets on the bounce and a thumping win away to struggling Kidderminster Harriers as well. On loan central midfielder Mitchell Duggan was outstanding, bagging a sensational treble while Jason Davis added goal number four. It could have been more but I'm delighted with the big win on the road.

Our third league win in four and our fourth clean sheet on the bounce came as we beat the basement club Eastleigh at Sincil Bank as they sacked their manager immediately after the fixture - a shocking game and a shocking performance but goals from Tyler Harvey (who needs to learn to score more) and Alan Power gave us the maximum points.

It's not a win, but we did come back from conceding two goals inside the first nine minutes to earning a 2-2 draw away to Crawley as Jason Davis and the on loan Mitchell Duggan scored.

Played well, just couldn't find at least an equalising goal at home to Morecambe.

Back-to-back defeats and consecutive games in which we have failed to score in. Both goals came inside the opening six minutes which irritated me and if Laurence Maguire can STOP getting sent off then that'll be greatly appreciated, he's suspended now for three games, I fined him and Maguire said it was 'unfair', yer hole!

Just picked up maximum points in our home fixture against the struggling Solihull, Jason Davis being the hero with a first half treble.

Revenge on Bradford Park Avenue as we dump them out of the FA Trophy - the returning Josh Todd and Tyler Harvey the scorers.

Didn't see the point in doing the screenshot again, but I've managed to get the loan of Mitchell Duggan extended until the end of the season, and I'm absolutely delighted as he's been outstanding in this original three months - so far he's scored five goals in thirteen appearances from central midfield and long may his excellent performances continue.

Second half goals from Alan Power and Josh Todd has given us a hard fought two nil win away to struggling Margate.

Just drew one apiece away to Port Vale which was a fair result, Josh Todd scored our goal on sixteen minutes but we couldn't hold on for the win as Bradley Eve equalised six minutes before half time at Vale Park.

Had to come from behind to secure maximum points against Bristol Rovers at home. On loan Conor McKendry and Josh Todd the scorers at Sincil Bank.

And that's my three month stint done and dusted and I actually lost count in how many league games were played but I thought my stint was never going to end, ha! But we are heading into the new year top of the table but it's tight and only nine points separate ourselves and seventh placed Dover.

A good two nil win to kick off my stint back in charge at Lincoln. Braintree finished with ten men as we went on to win two nil thanks to goals from Davis and Mellor.
