Hello guys! Need some help. My tactic is still ok, but i want it to be better and i dont know what i should do.

This is my strongest eleven. I have some struggles with my forward who dont score.. I've tried deep lying forward(attack) without results and trying target now. No big results yet tho..

My team instructions. Some advise what i can change?

This is my instructions on both fullbacks. Dont like crosses from them, cus i never score anyway on crosses. I want them to play short when they are in a offensive position to my wingers.

I also have some more instructions on players.

GK: Pass it shorter, kick short, Distribute to centre backs
Both CB: Pass it shorter
DMC: Close down less, mark tighter, pass it shorter
MC left: Get further forward
MC right: More direct passes, move into channels
Both Wingers: Mark tighter
Striker: Pass it shorter
