Issue with Metallic Logos. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all

I have had metallic logos for a number of years and have all the relevant updates.

I cleared out my cache last week and reloaded skin.

My kits and Faces are working fine but my logos are not. They appear as in my attached photo

Can some please help, i have re downloaded 5.1gbs of logos and still same issue. I don't know what to do next
