Modified English Lower Leagues Structure

I have created a 4th Regional Premier League - "Midlands Premier League" and then have restructured and renamed existing leagues by reputation so that we now have Northern, Midlands, Isthmian and Southern Leagues with Division 1 East & West down to Divisions 5 (like a new Level 12) and a couple of Division 6 leagues to make promotion and relegation much more logical.

There are also the usual cups and a cup competition for each of the four leagues.

All cups and leagues have prize money etc.
