When you create or change a nation in FM editor, this file makes it possible for you to add capital city, local region and continent.
Step one: copy your comp editor.fmf in safe place
Step two: go to programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/fm 2018/data and replace existent comp editor.fmf with new one
NOTICE: in FM editor you won`t see name of the capital city (I don`t know why) but in data base changes that change is registered, it`s also seen in the game.
