Brazil Kits in FMT18

Hey, hope this is the right place, if not apologies.

I downloaded some kit packs for the Brazilian first and second divisions, however when I try and load them into the game through clearing the cache and reloading the skin the kits still won't appear, I use other kit packs and graphic packs and they work fine. I've looked everywhere for help and I know theres a fix for the full game, was just wondering if there was any known issue preventing them loading in Touch*?

Most of the threads on SI's forums are dead ends or closed by mods because SI don't have the licensing anymore, I did find one thread saying that it might be because of 'years' assigned to the kits in the database and to add '2018' on the end of the destination in the congig.xml ( kits/home/2018 ) but this didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated
