I have a problem with a premium subscription. I bought two 48 euros subscription, my telephone operator billed me but when I go to my account it is indicated that I have no subscription

Hey do you possibly have two accounts? Someone people accidentally have two accounts and the subscription is with another one.

I looked up your email in paypal and there's nothing. If you use multiple email addresses can you PM them to me.

I recently bought the membership for the year and it’s not on any of my accounts. I just wondering if I could be refunded I have proof of purchase through PayPal.
