Wow mate this is really insane! Will definitely help making kits more consistent and improve the overall quality. With this and the 2D kit converter we really got all tools to rapidly produce graphics for FM21!
You are so fast! If you will be adding more functionality let me know; I can create some mockups and write CSS to tidy up the design. I could for example imagine uploading multiple kits at once or exporting as PNG to showcase the kit on the forums, definitely not needed functionality of course. I can help you design the menu.
I've just added the possibility to choose the old model (FM18/19) : https://alexmichelet.github.io/3dkits-viewer/
I'll look into adding the older model (FM17 & earlier) but it'll be a little bit trickier and will take more time
An amazingly useful thing! I propose to include also the ability to view the number on the back, to understand how the commercial is seen from the back

I'll include this in the UI designs as well @DokteurHaisse, let's see if we can add it. For everyone else, this is currently the first draft design:

The game 3d models don't have the information on the position of the number, I've searched the game files to find something else in that regard but I did not find anything
I'll keep searching for now, but it's not likely to be a thing at this point
I may manually add a number to the models but it will probably be tricky to show the actual way it shows in the game without using proper game files

You can use this layout and add it in your kits. This file was available before but I have tweaked it using this marvelous new tool.
Orange boxes represent areas where you shouldn't place logos; over player's name and numbers on back and shorts. The model itself is bad in that regard, and name and number are oversized. You can forget placing anything above player name, because it's almost touching the neck

I wanted to find a 3d model or maybe a config file from the game files to have it exactly right, but that's actually a good idea. I think I'm gonna add an option to show this default texture over the loaded one
That's brilliant, thank you. Sorry to bother you but could you do that again, but with white mesh on completely black background? If it's a lot of work, nevermind

wait, is there a 2d kit converter?

Yes, however it is only working for Photoshop currently: https://sortitoutsi.net/content/57188/template-2d-fm2021-standard-kits

And it checks out, the socks look a bit too short but I've tested in blender and that part is not visible because of the boots :
