Hi thank you to whoever activated my membership, I am on Mac but do I still need to install WinRAR? Or do I just extract this straight to graphics folder? I ask this because this is what its looks like in my downloads:

Apologies a bug left a backlog of 2 hours for things like PayPal processing and registering accounts.
I haven't had the time to go through and read all the messages but I think it should all be fixed as of about 10 hours ago.

Yes you need to extract the rar file so you just a normal folder rather than a rar file.

you need to contact paypal for help with their process its pretty easy to do there are guides/faqs
I added a new card a couple of years ago unless its changed it was straightforward

On the other hand, I don't have a paypal account because I don't like it. In my opinion it should be just that I can redo like the other time. Single payment with my credit card.

can someone of the team answer my email regarding my premium charge. I've canceled my membership and was still charged. On your PayPal account you wrote first to contact you before I file for a dispute. It's now two working days, no answer. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP OR I JUST DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK.

My direct debit for premium membership for the year was taken in March 2021, however when going to download the facepack today i'm unable to access the premium download.
How can I rectify this so that I have access to premium downloads?

I have a problem with my premium account, when I try to download this package the site offer me to “SIGN UP FOR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP NOW” (similar to this post)

you are showing as a premium member now and you only just joined yesterday so can you try to download again please

It looks like you found your way to downloading the 2020 version. If you just download the 2022 version everything should be fine.
Sorry it's not always clear.
If you can try and guide me through how/why you wound up on that page I can try and improve the UX to make it less confusing 🙂

You're right. I just want to download 2020 version to start new save in FM20.
As a loggined user with premium subscription I follow Downloads → Grapthic Megapacks
Then select TCM Logos Megapack
Then click the link View older archived megapacks
Then click the Download complete file button of 2020.01 version
The expectation is that I can download 2020.01 package. But it doesn't. It suggests me to signup for premium
Also I've checked a couple of older versions: 2016.01 and 2017.01 version works as expected. 2018.01 same issue.

@rallinby The FM22 version should still work with FM20 by the way and be more complete.
From what I can tell something has gone wrong with our backups system and we've lost the 2020.01 and 2020.02 versions somehow.
2020.03 complete pack is available here: https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/megapack/320 but not accessible via that page.
I'll need more time to look into this and tidy it up, but hopefully that's enough to help you out now.
