Hello, I paid for premium less than a month ago with confirmation from Paypal, but there is no appearance in shop orders and it is not working here.

@SamMcSam123 this normally happenings because you have two accounts under two different email addresses. If you go to the shop orders page you can type in your paypal email and find your orders.
If that doesn't work you can PM me your paypal email address and i'll look into it.

According to your shop orders your premium membership expired years ago, are you using more than one account here?

I don’t think I am no. According to my PayPal account though I’ve been paying a fee every January. If I private message you my paypal details is there a way you can find out which account oh here they are linked to?

Problem solved, it seems like I have some how managed to create two accounts with a very similar name! Not entirely sure why.

Hello @Footygamer ! I have annual subscription for premium membership. Last donation was in May 2022 via paypal. But my profile just does not have premium membership right now (last season it worked fine for me). Can you check/fix that manually? Thanks in advance!

There is no record on your profile of ever having had premium membership. Did you have premium membership on another account perchance?

Your account is 2 months old, so I can't see how you can have had the premium membership for 2 years before now. Are you sure this is the same account on which you have premium membership? Could you have been using another name perchance?

Then I should be logged into your website with a wrong account. But you must be able to see what account that is (I have no idea) if you check my PayPal payment or search for my name in your system?

There was an issue with my premium renewing as my new card on Paypal hadn't linked to the renewal, I have now sorted it out so need you to claim again, I couldn't find anywhere to let you know by direct message?

@Footygamer I wasn't aware that it was an automatic renewal for the premium membership. I have just received an email saying that you have taken another payment for £10.00 from my PayPal account.
I will not be playing FM 2023, so can I please receive a refund back to my PayPal account.
