Fantasy Draft Won't Work?

Hey, me and a friend are trying to set up an online game in Fantasy Draft and neither of us can seem to join the others game that they set up. We've both set up several drafts for the other to join but all to no avail. Whether we hit “invite" or we search for each other, we never can seem to join or find the other via searches, We'ev exhausted every option.

We've even signed up to FMFC and linked to Epic games accounts but still nothing? We've also watched videos on YouTube to see if we're missing a step but seems like we're doing everything right? 

We're completely lost!

Any help much appreciated.
