Loan Players Wage Contribution

For some loan players, teams don't pay wage contribution. For example Lukaku. Inter should pay %100 of his wage but they don't. Another example Dele Alli. And there are lots of players like this. This issues cause economical problems for the loaner clubs.

There doesn't seem to be a good way to set this up unfortunately. We removed the function because people were putting in random percentages constantly, which also causes a lot of issues.

It doesn't seem to be a good solution. People give sources so it can't be “random” percentages. Even giving random percentages is better than harming Chelsea 21 million € in salary.
