Why is the Carabao Cup 1st and 2nd rounds scheduled on a Wednesday and Thursday rather than Tuesdays and Wednesdays?

Is this a bug in the game or just been scheduled in the game incorrectly??

If so, can this be edited in the FM23 editor when its released next week or should this be reported to SI?
