Save Game Xbox Game Pass/Steam

Hello everyone,

i have a voucher to use for 2 months in Game Pass and so i thought of playing FM 2023 from there for that time and afterwards buy Steam version. But i am not sure that i can use the save game on Steam version since apparently Game Pass only uses Cloud to save files. So, is it possible to get the save game and copy for Steam version or not really?

yes you can copy the save game from xbox game pass version because the folder still same C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\games

Actually the game automatically transfers everything from the Xbox game pass version to the Steam version. This happened to me for FM23 and I was pleasantly surprised. However, I wanna play on steam deck, anyone knows if that would work?
