Question about the Logo packs

Hi guys! I've recently discovered your website and it's amazing for logo packs and skins! I've a question tho:

When i download a logo pack, i can choose between the complete pack or just the latest update. DOes that mena that the complete pack contains the most recent update too? Or i have to download both? And if I have to download both how do I “apply” the update? I'm referring in particular to the FMG Standard Logos Megapack
