I have modified a fm20 tactic to suit my gameplay in FM23.
# I have averaged 62% possession in a season in my chelsea save and it plays some beautiful attacking & passing moves.
# I used this extensively in pre-season friendlies for myr players to familiarize themselves with their positions.
# I left my assistant to do the training (both team & individual)
- You could change BPD for Central Defenders to NCB if you concede a goal early on.
- I have kept the striker as "AF-advanced forward" but if you are using this tactic for a mid-table team, you could change it to “F9-False 9”.
