This tactic is a 4-3-3 narrow attacking, it's a very offensive tactic that I created for FM 22 and tested it with AC Milan (Treble winning, 109 goals scored and 30 conceded in 38 games) and Newcastle ( 5th in Premier League, won a cup, 80 goal scored 42 conceded). The youtube video is about FM 22 Milan and Newcastle test.
Then I tested it with Hamburg in Football Manager 2023 and after 9 games I am 1st with 9 games won, 27 goals scored ( perfect average of 3 goals each game) and 10 conceded. You can see it in the results
It's a great tactic very offensive but the defensive side is also doing very well, high tempo, high pressing so you may need players who have good physical attributes and a lot of stamina otherwise they will get easily tired and you will need to replace them.

Would personally adjust the defence line to standard, change mentality to either “positive” or “balance” and change the corner routine.
