Today after many requests, I will be remaking De Zerbi's incredible 4-2-3-1 for the latest Football Manager Match Engine. This tactic was a ton of fun to make and plays some of the most beautiful possession based football I have seen inside FM23. Working with all 3 of the teams we used, this tactic seemed to have zero flaws.
