Copa America expanded to 16 teams for 2024 with real-life qualifying via the CONCACAF Nations League (I've built the new format built for 2023 onwards), then back to 12 teams from 2028 (with realistic hosting pattern).
Gold Cup qualifying bug fixed. There's an extra spot this year, as real-life invitee Qatar are busy in the game with the Asian Cup (SI haven't moved it to January like IRL).
