Team remains amateur bug?

Hi everyone,

I am having this issue with this team: Sportul Studentesc - from Romania.

It's an extinct team which I bring back to life in the editor - I change the status to professional, increase their reputation, facilities, you name it, and still in the game, no matter what I do, they can't sign any pro players and constantly get 3-4 points the whole season.

What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?

Worth mentioning that this is the only club I get this. Managed to do it to multiple clubs without having any issues.
