Director of Football career ant squad tactics

I would like to play as Dof.

On fm23, the staff had a prefered formation and playing philosophy and style (gengenpress, control, wing play, ultra-defensive, counter, tiki-taka,…). So we had to schedule the assistant manager preferences as tactics and go on vacation on the game's day (possible to watch, by adding another manager and scheduling for hor him to watch the game).
Now on fm24, staff has prefered formation, they added some team management preferences (using young players, early substitutions…), but they took off the playing styles…. Any idea of how to configure the playing style tactics according to the recruited assistant manager ?
