FM 24 packs

HI, 

I just installed the FM 24 and i would like to update the game with faces, logos, whatever its available. So i've downloaded the face cut mega-pack, when i'm trying to move into FM24/Graphics it give me an error so it doesnt work, also the standard logos mega-pack when i move it to graphics and pres re load skin actually all of the game standard  logos would be erased not showing nothing. If i can get some help here that would be great. 

You don't seem to have installed either correctly.

Can we have the full path of the M24/Graphics that you're referring to? I suspect you've installed in the game installation folder (Steam) instead of the user data folder (Documents).

Hi, thanks for your reply, its the correct path, documents, sports interactive, fm 24, graphics, ive done it in the past on others fms, this time faces and logos doesnt work, ive installed the kit ones it does work, faces and logos no. i've also re installed the game. it has to be something  

I've tried again with standard logos pack, and the result is all of the standard game logos disappeared 

Reinstalling the game will make no difference at all since the files are installed elsewhere.

Can I see a screenshot of your graphics folders? As well as a screenshot of your faces folder, showing clearly the amount of images in it?

The proper route is documents, sports interactive, fm 24, graphics, and I appreciate your response. I've done this before on other fms, but the faces and logos aren't working on this one. I installed the kit ones, and they work, but the faces and logos don't doodle jump. Along with that, I reinstalled the game. There must be a component 
 

Of course they work, you just haven't installed them right.

I can't tell where you've made a mistake by text explanations, which is why I ask for screenshots.

Under Preferences have you unticked “Use Caching to decrease page loading times”? This needs to be unticked. You should now see your Graphics after pressing Reload Skin.
