Investing money from transfers into club infrastructure

In real life, when a club sells a player for a lot of money, they sometimes decide to use some of it (or all of it) to improve infrastructure, whether it be the stadium, the training facilities, the youth academy or staff. I'd like to know if something similar is possible in FM. If you have 30 or 40 million spare from selling a player, is there a way to put it towards something other than transfers or wages?

I know that you can asked for improved facilities in the boardroom, but often the boardroom says that it can't afford it, even if you've got transfer money spare.

This really needs to come in FM14 if there's no way to do it currently.

Yeah I've wanted this for a while. For example it annoys me when the club is paying a £200k p/m loan over 15 years when you could cut that down with thransfter fees and make it a much shorter length of time to start making money
