In what sense? if its because you think its stealth then honestly dont worry, i dont like stealth games normally but i loved this.

I was talking about The Walking Dead, really want to play The Last of Us. I like stealth games but I'm not great at them. Playing Dishonored at the moment and I just end up killing most people

Im debating getting Last of Us. Think I might wait for it to go down in price a little. Never really play games like it so will be something different if I do get it

Started and finished the story of Call of Juarez: Gunslinger today, was so much fun though.

Just read online that the XboxOne doesn't come with a headset either because it comes with Kinect now, which is all well and good for input but listening to game chat via the tv speakers is a clusterfuck.

Completed Tomb Raider last night, so fucking good.

It's a great game. As someone who never had the pleasure of playing an Uncharted game I've heard Tomb Raider was a good substitute.

The Last of Us was fucking fantastic. Still processing it. Stayed out of this thread for the last couple of weeks, cus I didn't wanna even catch a glimpse of something that might've been a spoiler.

I had a lot of fun playing The Last Of Us, but I don't think it surpassed anything more than any other game that has been out this console generation has, gameplay wise anyway.

Big Xbox sale on. Far Cry 3 or AC3 for £9, don't know what to go for. Played AC up till Revelations, didn't even get quarter of the way through it before I got bored. AC3 an improvement?

I actually really hope not. No DLC, no sequel. It'd be perfect and brave to just end it there.

How did you get on with LBA? Used to love those games.

LBA1 is terrible to play, mainly because of the lack of saving. I fucked up on the first level when I had to hide in my house and it sent me back to the start and I said fuck it and didn't bother any more. LBA2 I'll play half an hour here and there every day, I've completed it so many times it's not really a challenge but it's still fun. I'm in Zeelich trying to track down Gazogem.

I never realised just how terrible the story is in that game though. You'll arrive somewhere and an NPC will say "TWINSEN, THE CHILDREN FROM TWINSUN HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE ZEELICH BACK TO THEIR PLANET. YOU MUST GO THERE AND SAVE THEM. ALSO THERE IS A ROCKET ATTACHED TO THE MOON, YOU MUST STOP IT."

No kind of emotional connection or character development, it's just shit exposition followed by shit plot point. I'm amazed it held up so well with reviewers.

Yes. I was like 8 when I played the second game so I loved it. Unfortunately, it's not the kind of game that ages well. The puzzle/adventure aspect stands up reasonably well but the story was hamfisted to say the least and the graphics, like a lot of the games of that era, look awful.

For time, however, the graphics were solid (this came about around the same time as Tomb Raider 2 and Turok), there was an open world which was pretty huge and the AI was pretty advanced. I mean, if you look at action games from the time, everything just sort of runs at you. In this, characters can have completely different reactions to you depending on how you're behaving.

It was a good game for the time, but it's very dated.

Bought Neverwinter Nights off GOG, going to see how that turns out.

It is pretty faggoty, I've only played the tutorial so far and I spent most of my time skipping what people are saying because it's boring. I'm going to give it another go later but it's not holding up well, i couldn't get into Baldur's Gate either for pretty much the same reasons. Which is kind of annoying because I enjoyed the first Dragon Age.

Injustice is a pretty good game from what I've played.
