No he's not, the transfer window's closed in Italy and Roma weren't able to find a replacement. It seems they had to get him from the airport after things broke down between them and Viviano. The local media had him boarding a plane to London anyway as Fulham have been linked with him for a few weeks now.

I can never understand the transfer deadline day hype, why not bring in players much quicker rather than leave it till last minute?

Saying that this years will be disappointing imo, can't see any big big moves getting done, despite clubs like us and Arsenal having money and probably needing to spend
