Still fancy him going to Monaco for a season from the 3rd party owners pushing him there

Not exactly high-profile and it will probably only appeal to Rick buuut, apparently you lot are going to sign our 'keeper Jake Cole on a free at the end of the season.

They've confirmed he's leaving which only suggests he's going to join Chelsea even more.

Either way I might put a couple quid on them winning the title next year

If he maintains his form from this year, he'll be a bargain.

Obviously if he doesn't, he will instead be a fat, useless, waste of money. Much like Andy Carroll.

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis plays down suggestions he wants Rafael Benitez to be the club's new head coach and claimed the delegation that visited England yesterday was hoping to secure an exchange deal with Manchester City for Edinson Cavani.

I've never seen Jovetic play but he seems to be well regarded, how good is he?

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis says he would be willing to discuss a deal with Manchester City that would see strikers Edin Dzeko and Edinson Cavani move in opposite directions.

According to Agence France-Presse, De Laurentiis told a public meeting in Naples: "I have said to (sporting director Riccardo) Bigon: 'Go and see City to negotiate a bit for Dzeko and see what they are prepared to do for Cavani,"

De Laurentiis denied suggestions that he has been in contact with Chelsea's interim manager Rafael Benitez about a move to southern Italy.

Despite the grim football he's got them up and kept them out of any real danger for 5 seasons now, albeit without really improving them despite spending a fair bit of money.

Dunno who they'll go for next.

He spent a lot of money on crap players there, but it seems odd to let him go given that he can keep them safely ticking over in the Premier League.

If he's right about this then he's probably right about Jovetic as well.

And HOLY SHIT

I'm not really sure where Stoke go from here. If the new manager tries to change things, he'll need quite a few new players. Their current attacking players really don't look good enough, or past it. Unless the manager can get Charlie Adam to the level he was at at Blackpool.

Hasn't really been mentioned on here, but Di Canio has fined 7 Sunderland players and said they will never play for him again. Kilgallon and Bardsley are the only named players.

They've got at least seven players who aren't Premier League quality, so that's fair.

He's most likely not right. He spouts a lot of bullshit. Also Moutinho came out today and said he's not leaving Porto (for all that's worth)

Yeah, Tancredi Palmeri doesn't work for Sky Italia and that news isn't actually from him. The guy who actually reported that Moutinho and Rodriguez are going to Monaco (Gianluca di Marzio) has a freakishly good record.
