No mate they're not. Rangers are in SPFL League One. I've only released SPFL Premiership & SPFL Championship at the moment, as I'm still working on SPFL League One & SPFL League Two. But I have already made them.

You could put them in the Scottish prem folder as 'Rangers1', 'Rangers2' & 'Rangers3'.
Then right click the config file in that folder and open with notepad
Copy & paste 3 lines in it changing whichever team is named/duplicated to the same name as the pics, ie 'Rangers1' and the individual ID number that of Rangers.
Simple. Take you 2 mins tops.
