Sad to see Vidic struggling so much, was probably the right time for him to move on but I thought he'd at least have looked good in Italy where his lack of pace wouldn't be so exposed.

Watched the Genoa derby earlier which finished 1-0 to Sampdoria. Free kick by Gabbiadini that went straight in. I thought there was a typo in the team sheet when the Samp goalie was listed as wearing number 2, turns out he really was number 2.

Was a very scrappy derby and the first half especially was very poor quality football.

Sampdoria have started very well and are now in 3rd spot.

Yeah it was almost like a British style derby, plenty of noise, fouls and bookings.

I watched Juve vs Roma last season and if I remember correctly, it was 3-0 to Juve with De Rossi getting sent off. Hoping for a good game but Juve are looking really good though. I wasn't sure if getting Allegri, the guy that totally screwed up Milan last season, was a great idea. But he's done pretty well so far, including a 1-0 win away at Milan.

Action in Torino right now! 1-1 after both teams been given penos. The referee actually changed his mind when first giving a free-kick for a handball from Maicon, with Tevez later giving Juve the lead from the spot. And Totti's just equalised having been brought down by Lichtsteiner. I'd be surprised if we won't get to see a sending off or two in this game.

Not sure why Morota got sent off, perfectly good tackle and then Manolas barged/leaned his head in and they both got a red.

Really didn't want Juve to win

“This was a match we really cared about, but Juventus ought to have their own League, as by hook or by crook they always win.

“Are we back to the same doubts? I am not the only one saying this, as these are things everyone in Italy should discuss.

“With Juventus when there is any doubt whatsoever, it’s always a penalty. I have to stop now, as if I keep talking then I’ll get suspended.”

Most likely get a ban for that, if so, many would say that just goes to show his words have some truth attached to them.

I'm just looking forward to their next European failure, where they don't get everything they get in Italy.
